Adults and children from 12 years:

• Take 4 capsules once a day before, during or after a meal

Children from 4 to 11 years:

• Take 2 capsules once a day before, during or after a meal

Younger than 4 years:

• Consult with your doctor or pharmacist for using MUSS 3a supplements

Amount in 4 capsules:

• E 460 – Cellulose (vegan capsule shell)

• Lingonberry Extract (Vaccinium vitis-idaea), berries - 400 mg

• Blueberry extract (Vaccinium myrtillus), berries - 400 mg

• Spirulina powder (Spiruluna platensis pulvis) - 800 mg

1. Take 4 capsules before, during or after meals.
2. Swallow the capsule whole with a glass of water, if needed.*
3. Store the food supplements in the original packaging at room temperature. Keep out of reach of children. 
   

*Children or people with swallowing disorders may mix the capsule's contents with food (preferably cold or lukewarm).

If you are pregnant or a new mom breastfeeding–there is no reason to believe that the product's ingredients have a negative effect.
